Surroundings - Tourist routes - La Marina (Elx)
La Marina (Elx): urban centre of 1200 inhabitants, part of Elx/Elche municipality, some 13kms. away and founded in 1884 on the sea-front and next to a pine grove. The pines, more than 3km of them, bind together the dunes that border the beaches of fine white sand known as Pinet beach, at the northern end, Les Pesqueres, in the middle, and El Rebollo, the beach that gives onto Camping Internacional La Marina. The southernmost part belongs to the municipality of Guardamar del Segura and nudism is allowed there. .
