Camping La Marina is recommended by the best campsite guides and is one of the top 10 campsites in Europe, according to a poll published recently in a European magazine for campers. It has been certified by AENOR and subsequently by TÜV for ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 and holds the Q for Quality certificate of the ICTE (Institute for Quality Tourism in Spain). It was also awarded the Costa Blanca prize in 1986, the Chamber of Commerce prize in 2000 and the Provincial Council prize in 2001.

Our campsite is part of Leading Campings of Europe, an important consortium that represents a selection of Europe's top 29 campsites. We are Eurotop Camping-certified by Holland's ANWB and have been awarded the SuperCamping Platz category by Germany's ADAC.

ALAN ROGERS 4 SEASONS AWARD 2010:

Alan Rogers is one of the most prestigious camping guide books for Europe. Since 2004, its awards have drawn attention to campsites whose accommodation and facilities set them apart from the over 2,000 campsites in the directory.

The 4 Seasons Award is given to campsites that stay open all year round with a uniformly high standard every season. In the words of the Alan Rogers jury: An excellent and highly innovative site with a fine seaside location on the Costa Blanca. There is an outstanding range of amenities, mostly available throughout the year. Winter guests are assured of wonderful holidays with a highly impressive attention to every detail.

ADAC SUPERPLATZ 2009:

ADAC, the German Automobile Club, is the largest consumer rights association in Europe, with over 16.2 million associated families; its campsite rating is considered to be the fairest in Europe. According to German confidence indicators, this institution inspires the most confidence in Germany, way ahead of the country's trade unions and even its government.

In 2009, ADAC awarded Camping La Marina its Super Platz 2009 distinction, shared only by 41 of the 2,800 European campsites in its directory. Camping La Marina has also been given 24 stars in the ADAC classification, a score shared by very few bungalow and caravan parks in Europe, all of which form part of the select Leading Campings of Europe consortium.

ANWB EUROTOP CAMPING 2009

The prestigious Dutch Automobile Club ANWB rates more than 8,000 campsites in Europe every year in its campsite guide. These ratings are awarded after a thorough investigation that includes market surveys of campers, inspections by specialist technicians and even incognito inspectors who rate caravan pitches, bungalows and other on-site facilities.

Camping La Marina has one of the highest scores across Europe. It is always in the Top 10 and is the only campsite outside Catalonia to have this distinction.

Over 40% of the Dutch population are campers and the ANWB has more than 4 million families as members. It is often said that everybody in Holland belongs to this user rights association and we are proud of the score obtained from such a demanding and faithful market.

ISO 2001 campsite certified by Germany's TÜV

The prestigious German institution TÜV has granted Camping Internacional La Marina the ISO 2001 quality seal. For this, our campsite is permanently audited by the certification body and we have a separate department with staff who work exclusively on quality management and assurance.

Campsite awarded the Q for Tourism Quality Seal

The Q for Tourism Quality is the symbol indicating quality in the Spanish tourism industry. The symbol is managed and awarded by ICTE, the Institute for Quality Tourism in Spain. Establishments with the Q for Quality pass strict audits to ensure that their service provides quality assurance, safety and professionalism. All of this is to give visitors the best possible travel experience.

Each year, the ICTE, an organisation backed by AENOR, audits every department and management system of the campsite, which requires us to maintain quality-based working systems that are flexible, dynamic and can be constantly adjusted to suit changes.

• The DCC (Deutscher Camping Club e.V.), the campsite-caravanning organisation of Germany, named Camping La Marina as the Best Campsite in Spain in 2005.
• The prestigious ECC (European Camping & Caravanning) Guide gives Camping La Marina 5 stars.
• The Provincial Government of Alicante grants Camping La Marina its Tourism Merit Award.
• Award to the Best Tourism Business in 2000 by the Chamber of Commerce of Alicante.
